Happy New Year guys!

With the festive season over, it's time to get your party frocks on, raise a glass with loved ones and see the New Year in in style. 2016 has been some year and I think we are all ready for a fresh start, so to celebrate a new beginning I thought I'd show you a little DIY party decoration that's perfect for any New Years Eve get together.

DIY | Arm Knitted Cosy Chunky Blanket

Hello November. 
I can finally start getting excited about winter now that November has arrived. Who doesn't love cosy nights by the fire, wrapping up warm and frosty walks in the park?! And with it comes the chance to create some seasonal DIY's.
 I've been dreaming of oversized blankets for a while now, having been inspired by Pinterest-worthy interiors filled with chunky knitted throws, so I decided to have a go at making my own.

Neon Knits & Winter Walks

So October has been mega busy and I haven't had much time to blog recently. I am currently in the process of making some bridesmaids dresses for my friend as well as being busy with work. But I have managed to squeeze in knitting a few more hats. I found these really cute faux fur pompoms on ebay and used some brightly coloured wool I found in the sale at my local wool shop. 

Its been gorgeous weather here lately so I thought I'd take some snaps of the hats whilst on a stroll around my village, with my (camera shy) mum and (not so camera shy) yorkie dog Bob.

Travel | Girls trip to Barcelona

September has flown by and it’s probably because there has been so much going on in my life recently. I officially started a new job, I turned the grand old age of 24 and in the middle of that I jetted off to Barcelona with my best friend, Chloe for a weekend away. It was an amazing five days full of sightseeing, shopping and sun. I loved catching up with Chloe, who was my fellow Style Editor with me at Uni and who I don’t see enough of. DIY | 5 minute Ripped Jeans Tutorial

Hi Guys,

I have been having a clear out of my wardrobe recently and been replacing old clothes with new season updates. Jeans are a staple which I wear a lot and because of this I often buy a new pair each season to replace the old, well worn ones. 

Instead of throwing my old jeans out this season I thought I would recycle them and do a little DIYing on them. I love the ripped jean trend this season so thought it was the perfect excuse to grab the scissors and chop away.

 This is a really easy DIY that can be done in 5 minutes, so what are you waiting for?

Travel | A weekend in Munich

Hi guys,

I am back from an amazing trip to Munich this bank holiday and wanted to share with you some of my snaps from over the weekend and some handy tips if you are thinking of visiting Munich.

I went with my boyfriend to visit my brother, who lives there. It is such a beautiful city and I loved exploring its many historic buildings, gorgeous parks and tasting traditional German food. It’s safe to say I came back to England with very sore legs from non stop walking all weekend.
