Monthly Makes | Knitted pouf, Crocheted bralet & handmade Bridesmaids dresses

It has been a while since I have written a 'Monthly Makes' post, so I thought I would roll all the things I have been working on lately into one post!
Its been a busy few months, but the main project I have been focusing on were three bridesmaids dresses for a friends wedding this month.

5 Lessons in Style from NYFW

As this year’s London fashion week arrives in Somerset house this weekend I decided to take a look back at the street style from NYFW to pick up some tips from the New Yorkers on how to work the perfect fashion week outfit.

Lesson One
 How to Wrap Up Warm

A New Yorker knows how to keep warm so learn from the best. The over-sized coat was definitely the star of NYFW this year, from ankle skimming trenches to furry balls of warmth, coats were a winner. Some snuggled into chunky scarves around their necks while others left their coats open to reveal layers of perfect styling underneath.

Lesson Two
How to Rock the New Season's IT Trousers

Culottes are cool! Apparently! I was a little unsure at first...

A weekend in Bath | Travel

Last weekend I went on a short break down south to the beautiful city of Bath, with Tom.
We spent most of the time sipping tea & eating cake in various tea rooms or braving the chilly February air to do some sightseeing.
It was such an inspiring and historic city, I wanted to share with you what I got up to and some recommendations of places to go (mainly for tea or cake..)
